Scientific American's annual Food Edition

Last month was SciAm's annual Food issue. This year it seems to focus on engineering food to be hyperpalatable and how this contributes to obesity, though it covers all sorts of good stuff. Here's the list of what's inside. Most libraries have SciAm in their periodicals section that you can read while you're there.
