Are flaxseeds pro-longevity/a super-good? Are whole flaxseeds healthier than ground? Are there concerns with eating too many? Is the gel they form healthy?

The whole forms can hold in more water (making you feel more full). The whole forms are more likely to pass through undigested (which is ALSO good, and contrary to the recommendations you'd fine on google)

I ate a lot of flackers over the past 2 days. They do hold in a lot of water... (making you feel more full and less hungry the next day). It is easy to overeat, but maybe not as easy to overeat as nuts.. From sources, it seems that the lignans can be rly helpful

Plus flackers are soaked in water, but not ground... So some of it should go undigested.
