mccoy
I found no results for this tag, not in the forums search, nor in a google search. Wiki voice: N-Glycolylneuraminic acid It's found in animal food and especially so in mammalians, and is a molecule vegans cite when underlining the cons of animal food. It' supposed to cause inflammation and cancer. It's found in mammalian's flesh (barring a few exceptions) and maybe that's the reason why poultry and fish may be less detrimental to health.
