In this episode, Peter Attia gives us an update on his continuosly evolving life extending strategies. He's now down to 5 main key points or pillars:

  1. nutrition

  3. sleep
  4. emotional balance
  5. drug treatments

Some pretty interesting points discussed, such as his personal Rapamycin assumption of 6 mg per week (previously 5 mg per week), his ceasing of Metformin assumption, after the studies on its negative effects on muscle hypertrophy. He goes on being a skeptic on the detriment of eating meat and a supporter of endogenous insuline optimization.

Ken Ford, the podcast host, makes a good work of driving the discussion into interesting directions.
