He's now down to 5 main key points or pillars: nutrition exercise sleep emotional balance drug treatments Some pretty interesting points discussed, such as his personal Rapamycin assumption of 6 mg per week (previously 5 mg per week), his ceasing of Metformin assumption, after the studies on its negative effects on muscle hypertrophy. He goes on being a skeptic on the detriment of eating meat and a supporter of endogenous insuline optimization.
