Recipe: 300 grams whole grain organic wheat flour, 200 grams pistachio flour, one tablespoon EVOO (optional, apparently it improves consistency), a little salt, yeast, water. 

It also requires very little time to prepare, with those electric bread machines where you just put the ingredients in and extract the bread a few hours after.
