mikeccolella
http://nutritionfacts.org/video/the-hispanic-paradox-why-do-latinos-live-longer/ Accorded to this Latinos live longer despite many disadvantages. Greiger's take on this is beans, beans and more beans. It does not seem that they have any other advantages to explain this other than a dietary one. If true we again have to wonder what kinds of advantages doing just about everything right would confer, considering that these population studies include lots of bad habits. Cloud
http://nutritionfacts.org/video/the-hispanic-paradox-why-do-latinos-live-longer/ If true we again have to wonder what kinds of advantages doing just about everything right would confer, considering that these population studies include lots of bad habits. This make me think at the following opinion i have read some days ago : "Once your understanding of nutrition is complete, more or less, you reach a point of radically diminishing returns - at this point, expanding your knowledge further in this realm, won't make an iota of difference for your level of fitness. It's much more fruitful to improve your training regimen and understanding thereof. That's my experience."
