I've been on this site for years and tried many times to start weaning onto a CR-diet with differing amounts of success depending on which year we're talking about. One thing I did notice, though, was that whenever I was on a CR-diet for more than a month, I felt very "rejuvinated". Does anyone else on here wish to comment on whether or not they feel better when on a CR-diet vs. when not. I personally notice a world of difference.

I guess it's pretty subjective, but yes, I did feel like I literally got younger when I started CR years ago.

Even now, when I adhere closely my diet, I notice improvements in mental energy and just a general sense of well-being.

How come you've not been able to maintain it long term?
