elatedsquirrel
Quick question. do you guys tend to eat back exercise calories? Say you're on a CRON diet of 1900 calories, and then you go on a bike ride and a cycling app says you have burned an extra 300 calories. Do you increase your calorie intake for the day, or do you stick to 1900 come rain or shine?
Gordo
Most people have some baseline of calories burned from normal daily living and routine exercise, but if that is exceeded and you don’t want to lose weight you have to eat some extra calories. Usually you will feel the need for more calories either from hunger or lethargy.
Ron Put
I certainly try to eat back exercise calories, although at times I am not quite successful. My BMI is usually around 18.5-19, so if I didn't, I'd lose too much weight. But so would anyone else 🙂
