Definitely, especially since up to 3/d of niacin/d sent my liver enzymes to > 50 about 15y ago. On the same day as this test, AST and ALT were both 21, so all good there. Niacin is known to increase glucose, but that wasn't affected either (down from 93 to 89, test-over-test). Niacin may have triggered some GI issues over the past week, so I may take it out and test tryptophan on its own, though. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
